Grantham Jon

 Jon Grantham received his BS in mathematics from the University of Michigan in 1992. He earned his PhD in computational number theory from the University of Georgia in 1997, under the direction of Carl Pomerance. He has been a Research Staff Member at the Institute for Defense Analyses’ Center for Computing Sciences since then. His dissertation work focused on probable primality testing and notions of pseudoprimality. He has since published work on repunits and the number of points on curves over finite fields. He resides in northern Virginia, where his twins attend high school.
