Wiesław Leonski (born in 1961), received his Msc, PhD and Dr habil. degrees in Theoretical Physics at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland. Member of the Polish Physical Society, Optical Society of America, American Physical Society. Currently, professor of the University of Zielona Góra, founder and head of the Quantum Optics and Engineering Division at the Institute of Physics, University of Zielona Góra. His research interests concern quantum and nonlinear optics, quantum information theory, cellular automata, quantum chaos, and biological signals analysis.
