Chernukha Olha

 OLHA CHERNUKHA: PhD, research worker, Centre of Mathematical Modelling of Pidstryhach Institute of Applied Problems of Mechanics and Mathematics of The Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences. She graduated from The Faculty of Mathematics of Ivan Franko Lviv State University in 1984. Since 1992 she has been working at The Centre of Mathematical Modelling, where she took her degrees in mathematical modelling and numerical methods. The area of her scientific interests is diffusion, heterodiffusion and thermodiffusion processes in randomly and regularly nonhomogeneous structures, mathematical modelling, methods of exact and approximate solving contact initial-boundary value problems. She developed an approach to mathematical modelling diffusion and thermodiffusion processes in bodies with random nonhomogeneities and a method of constructing exact solutions of diffusion problems in periodical structures. She is author of 86 scientific publications, including 3 monographs.
